Longing for warmer days, SHIVAN & NARRESH unveils SAUN 2024 with a sensuous wave of indulgence and embrace towards gentle whispers of breeze. Drawing inspiration from the tranquil essence of Finnish saunas as experienced by the designers during their recent travel to Finland, the hand-painted artwork celebrates the realm of self-acceptance and finding solace amidst the socio-cultural relevances. The print development saw the designers working with French illustrator, Baptiste David to create unique sauna-indulgent figurines that graze across the print, evoking the warmth and sultry fumes within the saunas through a hint of playful sensuality.
The print series showcases a diverse range of relaxed summer silhouettes, spanning from bold sculptural swimwear and effortless dainty silk dresses to graphic knitwear and co-ordinated sets for men. Additionally, it introduces an array of accessories, including brand favorites like the Olly, as well as new additions of the Boomerang sling, the Mailer tote, and the Coinne cross body. Together, the collection seamlessly transitions from sand to the streets for a leisurely journey.
