For its second exhibition at Method in New Delhi, the gallery aims to bring the pulse of Mumbai’s art scene to the capital—not as a singular voice, but as a collective force. To mark this new chapter, Method is curating a show titled Bambai Se Aaya Mera Dost—a celebration of friendship, community, and creative exchange. Inspired by the iconic song, the exhibition will bring together some of Mumbai’s most exciting galleries to present select works from their artists in the new Delhi space starting 8th April till 18th May 2025.

Each participating gallery will present artists they champion, unified by a shared commitment to shaping the future of contemporary art. Art is not nurtured in isolation—it thrives in dialogue, exchange, and the strength of community. This exhibition celebrates the camaraderie that has defined Mumbai’s art landscape, highlighting the bonds that transcend competition and instead foster collective growth. Together, the participating galleries will present a united front, demonstrating that collaboration can push boundaries and elevate the industry as a whole.

We’d love for you to be part of this collective presentation by selecting a couple of works from your artists that align with the theme—whether it’s about connection, shared ideals, nostalgia, or simply the joy of collaboration.
"This is more than just an exhibition; it’s an opportunity for Mumbai’s thriving art scene to make its presence felt in Delhi, strengthening the ties between our communities. We truly believe this show will be a unique way to showcase the dynamism and spirit of Mumbai’s galleries to a new audience' - Sahil Arora founder and curator of Method.
